Miami Beach - Family Assistant Position
Client is looking to form a strong bond and trust with the hire.
The hire must be very organized, detail-oriented, takes notes, can use spreadsheets, docs and is all around computer savvy, management skills, anticipates needs, quick learner.
Bonus if hire has experience with children and are bilingual.
Tasks:
Grocery shopping (when needed)
Pick up drop off dry cleaning
Errands (CVS and other stores)
Ship packages
Keeps organized notes on packing lists, storage unit, moves, and can keep track of where specific items are stored.
Help manage the home staff and relay important information, this requires great communication and personal skills
May need to drive the children from time to time
Help keep all things related to the family organized
Laundress skills a bonus
Help with logistics of move to and from Sag Harbor from Miami once a year
Help with packing and unpacking (for travels and/or moves)
