Miami Beach, FL - (LOCALS ONLY)
House Manager Position (Year round) - 1 person in the home but entertains a lot
Looking for a polished and health conscious house manager for a 15,000 sq ft home (8 bedrooms/9 bathrooms)
Spanish speaker preferred
Yachting background would be a huge plus 
Responsibilities
Plan large events, dinner parties, manage invite list, deal with security, hire staff
-Manage interior- artwork, insurance
-Cook breakfast 
-Hire vendors for events 
-Send invoices, payments, etc to accounting department
-Assisting with other properties - some travel required but not a lot.
-Helps manage and plan construction projects at this house and the other properties 

Detail oriented, collaborative, follow through, works well with others, trustworthy, discretion, smart

Staff includes:   Full-time Housekeeper, EA, PA, and chief of staff

Large 100 lb yellow lab - responsibilities related to the dog are required

Schedule: flexible when in town. If the HM works late one night they may take some time off earlier in the day.  The HM has to be flexible with hours but typically it will be a Mon-Fri job with regular hours.  Client is out of town between May-Oct
May have hire come to the house in NY to help with a project
