Houseman position  Palm beach Fl area 

15,000 sq ft estate 

• Weekly punch lists

• Perform household repairs.

• Exterior cleaning.

• Automobile care and maintenance.

• Care of trash and recycling inside and outside the house.

• Handle outdoor patio pool furniture and resources. 

• Maintenance of physical operations, equipment, home resources and other handyman type needs.

• Handling special requests, running errands, etc.
  Must be comfortable using organization software 
  
  Monday – Friday weekly schedule (8-5) with flexibility, which may include some evenings and/or weekends occasionally.
   

• Compensation based on relevant experience.
