Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in property or estate management for high-end residences, with a focus on multiple single-family homes.
- Extensive knowledge of property management principles, maintenance practices, and relevant local regulations.
- Proven leadership skills in managing a collaborative team, third-party caretakers, and external vendors.
- Strong people management abilities, with experience in vendor negotiations and relationship-building.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with owners, family members, guests, and staff.
- Capable of setting priorities, organizing tasks, and developing innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of the properties.
- High level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to travel to property locations up to 40% of the time, including domestic and international (Bahamas) travel.
- Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed.
