House Manager/Cook 
**Interviewing immediately via Zoom. In person interviews 16 - 24 December, for a January start (flexibility for right candidate)

UHNW Informal British family relocating to Miami, Florida is looking for an organized and experienced House Manager/Cook for their newly acquired 12,000sq ft residence in Miami.
The candidate will be English speaking with profound knowledge and working experience of/in Miami. They will have at least 6 years minimum experience in a similar role and, ideally, have yacht experience. Kid friendly (9,12, 14 twins). Must be pet-friendly. 

This will primarily be a Monday through Friday schedule, with flexibility for ad-hoc occasions, and a 24/7 mentality for emergencies.

Key duties will include, but are not limited to: 

- Assisting the international team (based in the UK) with the relocation 
- Assisting with the recruiting of staff 
- Managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth running of the household
- Manage & oversee property maintenance, including coordinating and liaising with contractors
- Managing and supervising staff
- Implementing & maintaining security and privacy protocols 
- Oversee any current and future construction or design projects
- Overseeing & procurement of household food & goods 
- Track Expenses & Manage Household Budgets 
- Organising parties/special events, including hiring ad-hoc staff
- Potential Travel with the family (this would align with school holidays, and only required if traveling to their other home/s in Europe & the Caribbean, not for hotel trips) 
- Responsible for menus and all meal preparations – this will be breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. The family are Jewish but not Kosher, though candidate needs to be familiar with Kosher cooking for guests/ visiting family members. The family does celebrate Hannukah, Rosh Hashanah, etc.

Meals are basic cooking - Spaghetti Bolognese, Grilled chicken and vegetables, sheet pan roasts, salads, etc.
