Executive Housekeeper/ Household Manager

Location: Main location in Wellington FL. Summers in NJ. Possible travel to UK

Schedule: 50 hours per week, 5 days per week. Flexibility on scheduling each week is required.

Accommodations: Private bedroom and bathroom in main home. Vehicle provided for work use.

Live-in Executive Housekeeper/ Household Manager needed for a businesswoman living between Wellington, FL. and NY.

Seeking a self-starting, proactive Live-In Executive Housekeeper/ Household Manager to manage day-to-day household tasks across her properties in Florida, the Tristate area, + UK.  This live-in role requires flexibility, discretion, and the ability to work independently with little direction.
Properties are approximately 3500sq ft each.


Key responsibilities include: housekeeping, handling groceries, light cooking and meal preparation, occasional ironing, organizing, keeping track of all household inventory, running errands, dropping off/pick up dry cleaners, meds, etc.  caring for 2 small dogs (poodle mixes) including feeding, bringing dogs to and from groomer/ vet, and bathroom breaks/ walks, household assistant duties such as scheduling vendors (HVAC, pool people, oil changes etc.).
Total care of the dogs if the Principal is traveling without them.

Must haves:
 
  • The candidate must be passport-ready and be able to travel between residences and accompany the employer on business trips as needed, sometimes last minute
  • Qualified candidates will have excellent multi-tasking, communication, computer, and organizational skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail, be extremely discreet, and must love dogs.
