Executive Housekeeper- Lighthouse Point

Housekeeper Position – Lighthouse Point, FL 

Principle: One principle -senior age
Property Size: 6,000 sq. ft.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9am start time 30-40 hours  week

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeper to maintain a private residence in Lighthouse Point, FL. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who lives nearby and is committed to providing top-tier household support.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the home, ensuring all areas are tidy and well-kept.
  • Prepare a simple breakfast daily at 11:00 AM (eggs toast, bacon)
  • Perform daily housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and laundry.
  • Keep track of household inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Run errands, including grocery shopping and filling the vehicle with gas.
  • Maintain outdoor areas: use a blower to clear patios and refill ponds weekly, if necessary.
  • Assist with basic household maintenance and coordination of repairs.
  • Provide support during  entertaining, and events,
    • Travel approximately four months during the Winter
    • Assist with hosting  5-10  events per year at the home.
    • Ocean City, NJ (June – September) with separate accommodations off property with vehicle  provided 

Qualifications:

  • Must live very close to Lighthouse Point, FL.
  • Must be willing to travel to NJ June-Sept.
  • Experience in private housekeeping roles 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to cook light meals and assist with meal preparation.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, and flexible.
  • Long-term commitment is a must
