Position: Seasonal Estate SOUS Chef/ Assisting with Service

START DATE: ASAP - mid-October
LOCATION: Start in FL – transfer to Maine for the Summer
Maine Estate for the summer season June 1 - mid-October

Requirements:
Experience working as Sous chef/cook, Clean Galley habits, good attention to detail, Warm personality. Healthy Variety cooking. Longevity and good verifiable references a must!
Serving skills are a plus, comfortable with guests and working in front of house when needed.
Non-smokers Only
Job Specifics: Will be working with full time head estate chef. Need someone who is a self-starter and comfortable managing a kitchen by themselves for light meals and snacks. Head chef will oversee all entertaining but the Sous chef will be responsible for working independently when cooking lunch or dinner for the family.
You will also help serve and with service.
The family generally eats very simple meals.
