Live – In Housekeeper in Jupiter, FL
Schedule: Friday – Monday; 12pm to 8pm. Flexible for changes as needed
General Responsibilities:
Assist with the care of Family pets as needed.
Maintain and restock beverage stations (mini fridge, water, coffee stations, wine fridges).
Run errands as needed.
Ability to help with meal service if required.
Housekeeping Duties:
Always keep the home guest ready.
Maintain a guest ready level of cleanliness in all 1st floor bathrooms and bedrooms.
Ensure Windows are cleaned throughout the home (inside)
Daily check of the gym to make sure mirrors are smudge free and gym is tidy, floors cleaned regularly.
“fluff” all rooms – check flowers for fallen petals, fluff sofas, arrange pillow, pick up clutter (glassware, water bottles, dog toys, etc.)
Run/empty dishwasher daily.
Includes vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting.
Maintaining refrigerators – check for expired food and spills.
Assist in organizing spaces like closets, pantry, kitchen.
Emptying all trash twice daily or as needed – breaking down boxes and taking to dumpster.
Gate House/Living Space Duties:
Always keep the home guest ready.
Weekly dusting – blinds, hard surfaces in own bedroom and common areas.
Assist in organizing spaces like closets, pantry, kitchen.
Weekly vacuum of personal space and common areas including basement and stairs.
Emptying all trash daily or as needed – breaking down boxes and taking to dumpster.
Monthly steam mop all floors.
Run/empty dishwasher daily.
Detail bathrooms – descale shower door, hardware, sanitize all surfaces, clean toilet and floors.
Laundress Duties:
Assist housekeeping with laundry as requested
Turn over laundry loads throughout the day
Help with basic ironing when needed
Maintain laundry supplies
Restock as needed
