The position requires a willingness to travel with the family on vacations and temporarily

relocate—up to three months at a time—to various domestic estate locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Child-Focused Responsibilities:

• Assist with organizing and managing daily schedules, including school, extracurricular

activities, and appointments.

• Ensure safe and reliable transportation to and from school, activities, playdates, and events.

• Engage with the children in age-appropriate activities, encouraging creativity, learning, and

physical activity.

• Supervise and assist with homework, projects, and educational enrichment activities.

• Proactively create and lead fun and stimulating activities during downtime.

• Ensure children are prepared and organized for daily routines, including packing bags, meal

prep, and personal items.

Support for the Mother’s Personal Schedule & Well-being:

• Manage the mother’s personal calendar, including life appointments, social engagements and

self-care activities.

• Anticipate and organize tasks that allow the mother to focus on her personal life without

distractions.• Coordinate logistics to ensure a structured yet flexible daily routine that supports her ability to

work, create content, and nurture relationships.

• Provide seamless assistance while respecting boundaries when the mother is working, in

conversations, or spending time with others.

• Maintain an awareness of household dynamics, ensuring the family enjoys time together while

minimizing unnecessary disruptions.

• Create space for the mother to engage with her family and other relationships without

interference from household responsibilities.

Household & Organizational Responsibilities:

• Maintain an up-to-date family calendar with all schedules, appointments, and commitments.

• Coordinate logistics for family events, travel arrangements, and special occasions.

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, and household-related tasks.

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and structured environment in collaboration with

household staff or parents.

• Support cooking staff in light meal preparation, snack organization, and ensuring children’s

dietary needs are met.

• Communicate regularly with the mother or her assistant about daily schedules, upcoming

commitments, and any necessary adjustments.

Travel & Relocation Responsibilities:

• Pack and organize mother and children’s belongings for travel and extended stays at different

estate locations.

• Adapt daily routines and schedules to new locations while ensuring continuity and structure.

• Provide hands-on assistance during travel, including airport logistics, entertainment, and care

during transit.

• Assist in setting up living arrangements for children at different residences.

• Maintain flexibility with work hours and responsibilities to accommodate different time zones

and vacation schedules.

Ideal Candidate Qualities:

• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.

• Energetic, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children of different ages.• Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked.

• Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced family environment.

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a high level of discretion.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with parents, teachers, and

other caregivers.

• Comfortable with frequent travel and adapting to different environments.

• Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion, particularly during social interactions and

content creation.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a family assistant, nanny, personal assistant, or similar role.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

• Ability to handle occasional evening or weekend commitments as needed.

• Comfortable running errands and assisting with light household tasks.

• Valid passport and ability to travel domestically for extended periods.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.

• Flexibility to relocate for up to three months at a time to different estate locations.

• Awareness of social media and content creation etiquette, ensuring families privacy is

protected
