Position: Butler/Houseman
Location: Palm Beach (Nov–April) & Southampton (July–Labor Day; housing provided)

Schedule:

When Principals are in residence: Thurs–Mon, flexible hours
When out of residence: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

Key Responsibilities:

Formal & informal meal service (plated & French style)
Maintain pantry and service ware to high standards
Run errands & assist with provisioning
Inventory management
Plant/flower care
Assist interior staff and house manager with various projects
Silver care
Perform “Daily Graces” & turndown service (especially for master suite)
Assist with kitchen cleanup and chef support
Answer phones and relay messages professionally
Pet care for one King Charles Spaniel: feeding, walking, grooming, vet visits

Requirements:

2+ years in a formal private home
Professional, polished, excellent communication skills
Team player with calm demeanor and eye for detail
Able to follow household protocols and checklists
Willing to travel, pass background checks, drug test, and sign NDA
Legally able to work in the U.S. with a clean driving record
