Wonderful family in Coral Gables looking for a warm, caring, kind, educational focused Bi-lingual ROTA Nanny to join their team. Wellington has placed both of their current ROTAs.
The eldest child is in school full days (8am – 2 or 4pm), and the middle child half days (9am – Noon) so your mornings will be dedicated to care of the infant.
The family has a Baby Nurse with them through the end of August, and the family will then hire a full time Nanny to assist with afternoons/ evenings.

The perfect candidate for this role will be fluently bi-lingual in Spanish and English. This will allow you to converse and communicate with the parents in English, but teach the children Spanish through immersion (i.e. only speaking Spanish with the children). This is a firm requirement.

Further education in Early Childhood Education or Development, or pre-school teaching is preferred, but overall passion, dedication and enthusiasm about your role as a long-term Nanny, with a focus on Education is paramount.
This is not a full-charge position. Both Mom and Dad are very hands-on and involved with their children. The Nanny must be comfortable working alongside one or both parents, and be comfortable stepping in and stepping out.

The family has a full time Chef who helps with preparing the Children’s meals/ food, and a full time Housekeeper for the upkeep of the home.
The Nanny will be responsible for all regular Nanny duties, including keeping the children’s rooms and play areas tidy (and cleaning up any messes from play) and children’s laundry.
Being active is important; the family and children enjoy getting out of the house and being active. This includes fun and educational outings, socialization, and physical movement activities (soccer class, swim class, dance or music class, outings to the park, etc).
You will be responsible for driving the children (in provided family vehicle).

Requirements:
•    Be warm and caring, and genuinely passionate about your role
•    Looking for your next long-term opportunity, with demonstrated longevity in previous roles
•    Able to travel domestically and internationally – US Citizen with current passport or Green Card holder with no travel restrictions
•    Bi-lingual; English and Spanish
•    Work well in a team – including with or alongside other Nannies, and alongside both parents
•    Strong background and experience with infants and toddlers
•    Be a competent swimmer (the home has a pool)
•    Must be safe and competent driver with clean record (vehicle provided)
•    All vaccinations up to date (including first two COVID shots)
•    Current CPR/ First Aid.
Early Childhood Education or pre-school teaching experience is a bonus

Compensation:
Salary BOE - please submit salary requirements.
100% Health, Dental and Vision insurance offered. Open to nationwide, commuting candidates (Client will organize commute)
