Full Time Nanny in Coral Gables
Coral Gables, Miami Dade CountyChildren:
4-year-old, 2.5-year-old, and 5-month-old
Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 12noon – 8pm.
Flexibility for occasional weekends, and travel as outlined below.
Location:
Coral Gables, FL (Miami suburb)
Travel:
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally – US Citizen with current passport or Green Card holder with no travel restrictions. Traveling with the family is required, although travel is mostly limited to school breaks.
Approx 2 months of the year to Napa – 4-6 weeks of this during Summer, the rest during some of the school breaks listed below.
Other travel: 1 week at Thanksgiving, 1 week at Winter Break, 1 week at Ski Week, 1 week at Spring Break,
Start date: mid-late August 2025
Wonderful family in Coral Gables looking for a warm, caring, kind full time Nanny to join their team. The family has a ROTA team who each work 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, so you will be working alongside another Nanny and the parents. Wellington has placed both of their current ROTAs.
The eldest child is in school full days (8am – 2 or 4pm), and the middle child half days (9am – Noon) so your early afternoon will be dedicated to child related tasks including, but not limited to:
The perfect candidate for this role will be fluently bi-lingual in Spanish and English. This will allow you to converse and communicate with the parents in English, speak only in Spanish to the children.
You must work well in a team - this is not a full-charge position. Both Mom and Dad are very hands-on and involved with their children. The Nanny must be comfortable working alongside one or both parents, as well as the other Nannies, and be comfortable stepping in and stepping out.
The family has a full time Chef who helps with preparing the Children’s meals/ food, and a full time Housekeeper for the upkeep of the home.
Being active is important; the family and children enjoy getting out of the house and being active. This includes fun and educational outings, socialization, and physical movement activities (soccer class, swim class, dance or music class, outings to the park, etc).
You will be responsible for driving the children (in provided family vehicle).
Compensation: BOE - please submit salary/ hourly requirements

- Cleaning/ organization children’s bedrooms and play areas
- Rotating and sanitizing toys
- Closet organization (including seasonal sorting, filtering clothes outgrown etc)
- Inventory and organization of children’s items
