We are seeking the highest caliber, experienced, professional Head Traveling Butler to join a dynamic team serving a high-profile principal.
Requirements:
The right candidate for this role will be a self-starting, team player with exceptional high-level experience in diplomatic and luxury settings, comfortable in private residences and luxury hotels worldwide. You will be a personable relationship builder, dedicated to cultivating a strong team environment, embracing your role of implementing, guiding and refining your team. You will work well with large security and administrative teams, and approach all situations with aplomb and a respectful understanding of various cultural nuances and protocols.
Duties will include global estate oversight of 6+ properties including varying stages of construction, implementing teams and procedures, hands on Butler duties including packing and unpacking, wardrobe care, assisting with travel arrangements and logistics, and day to day coordination whilst on the move. Oversee and deliver service (including meals and events) and ad-hoc requests, whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism, security, and discretion.
Compensation is offered exceptionally competitively based on experience, with a focus on the highest caliber of candidates, with bonuses and benefits offered.
This position is open to nationwide candidates, with accommodation provided at all locations. A large portion of time will be spent in South Florida.

- 10+ years proven and verified experience as a Head Butler serving High Profile Principals. Your experience will stem from places such as Royal Families, Heads of State, The White House
- Passport ready, and exceptionally flexible for travel on short notice without restrictions
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong experience in VIP protocol, luxury settings and elite environments, with refined poise and etiquette, and absolute discretion & confidentiality
- An assertive self-starter with the approach of “everything is possible, and I will get it done”
- Experience with global estate oversight with multiple properties, implementing teams and processes whilst maintaining oversight and responsibility
