Seasonal Sous Chef (Now – Labor Day)
Schedule: 2–5 days/week (including weekends)
Compensation: Paid for 5 days/week
Location: Sagaponack, NY
We are seeking a talented and reliable Sous Chef to join our team for the summer season, starting immediately through Labor Day. This is a flexible part-time role, with a schedule of 2 to 5 working days per week, including weekends. Regardless of the number of days worked, we offer compensation for a full 5-day week.
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are met
Support inventory management and food ordering
Maintain a positive and professional approach with staff and guests
Previous experience in a Sous Chef or equivalent kitchen role
Reliable, flexible, and able to work weekends
Start Date: Immediate
End Date: Labor Day (September 1, 2025)
