Position: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Royal Palm Beach, FL (local candidates only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM/9:00–5:00 PM
Hours: 40–50 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP

A family in Royal Palm Beach, FL is seeking a dedicated full-time Executive Housekeeper to join their household. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and trustworthy, with a genuine long-term mindset. This is an important and valued role—the family’s previous housekeeper was with them for over 20 years.

The household includes two adults, three children (one of whom is leaving for college in the fall), and three very friendly dogs. They currently reside in a single-story, 6-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom home, and will temporarily relocate to a nearby 4-bedroom rental early next year during home renovations.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Full-charge housekeeping, including daily cleaning and deep cleaning of all rooms
• Meticulous care for laundry, including washing, drying, folding/putting away, ironing, steaming, and pressing

• Track all outgoing and incoming dry cleaning to ensure timely return and proper garment care

• Maintaining household organization and tidiness at all times
• Running occasional light errands within a 5-mile radius (e.g., dry cleaning, grocery store, post office)
• Occasional drop-offs for one school-aged child (primarily for sports activities)
• Daily routines that may include preparing health-conscious items (e.g., pressing celery juice)

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience as an executive or full-charge housekeeper in a private household
• Long-term mindset with strong references and a stable work history
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially with fine linens and laundry
• Dog-friendly and comfortable in a household with pets
• Proactive, respectful of boundaries, and capable of working independently
• Clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Flexible and adaptable to the family’s needs and occasional schedule adjustments
