Executive Housekeeper - Miami Beach

Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Venetian Islands – Miami Beach, FL

Job Overview:
A private couple is seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to manage the upkeep of their modern 5,000 sq. ft. residence located on the Venetian Islands in Miami Beach. The principals value discretion, consistency, and high-quality service. This is a long-term, full-time position with a focus on maintaining a well-run, welcoming home for both everyday living and frequent travel periods. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach, positive energy, and comfort working in a dynamic household.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily cleaning and overall upkeep of a multi-level, 4-bedroom residence

  • Floor care, surface cleaning, dusting, polishing, and upkeep of fine finishes

  • Laundry, ironing, linen care, and closet organization

  • Inventory management and supply restocking

  • Occasional errands and grocery shopping

  • Coordinating with vendors and supervising household services as needed

  • Greeting guests in a polished, professional manner

  • Offering light poolside or guest services when needed

  • Flexibility appreciated for travel support or adjusted hours while principals are away

 


Schedule & Compensation:

  • Schedule: Weekend work is required when principals are in residence - (Typical days off: 2 consecutive days during the week). Principals are away from residence ~1 weekend per month and ~60 days during the summer

  • Daily Hours: Approx. 7 hours/day; flexible schedule

  • Start Date: Late September or early October, depending on household needs

  • Salary/Benefits: Competitive salary based on experience & health insurance stipend, paid holidays, sick days + vacation time

 


Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in high-end private homes required

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to take initiative independently

  • Professional, discreet, and calm demeanor

  • Willingness to travel occasionally

  • Must have a valid driver’s license + be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong command of English language, Spanish language is a bonus
