Full-Time Private Housekeeper – Luxury Estate (Sarasota, FL)

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented full-time Private Housekeeper to join our family household. The ideal candidate will be professional, proactive, and accustomed to working in high-end private homes or luxury 5-star hotels.

Details:

- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, based on experience
- Vacation: 10 days paid PTO annually
- Paid Holidays: Major U.S. holidays observed
- Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus
- Location: Sarasota, FL (Primary Residence and Beach House)
- Travel; approx 1 week at a time, twice per year.

About the Household:

- Family-oriented environment with two small children
- Main home is 8000sq ft, 5 bed & 5 bath. Beach house is 5000sq ft, 5bed and 5 bath
- Homes are maintained to the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and hospitality
- Multiple residences, including a primary home and a nearby beach house
- Professional cleaning support provided biweekly for deep maintenance
- Emphasis on a warm, respectful, and collaborative household culture
- 3 dogs (Yorkie, Goldendoodle, Newfoundland) and 2 cats

Primary Responsibilities:

- Daily housekeeping, tidying, and organization of all living spaces
- Laundry care, including washing, folding, ironing, and wardrobe maintenance
- Stocking beverages, household items, and cleaning supplies
- Light pet care: providing fresh water and cleaning up after domestic pets
- Assisting the family’s chef in preparing for dinner parties and events
- Unpacking and organizing after family vacations
- Taking out trash and maintaining tidy outdoor/entry areas
- Ensuring all household areas remain impeccably clean, organized, and guest-ready
- Working between the primary home and beach house as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a high-end private estate or 5-star hotel environment
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working around young children and family pets (must love animals)
- Trustworthy, discreet, and committed to maintaining household privacy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Must pass a background check
- Must provide verifiable professional references
