
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with two consecutive days off. Rare weekend work, though flexibility for at least one weekend per month is appreciated. Hours will be flexible based on families needs / 6-8 hour days anticipated

This is a warm, busy household with two adults, two teenagers, and three dogs. The family lives in a 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. They’re seeking a hands-on Family Assistant who can step in to keep daily life running smoothly, maintain organization, and be a reliable, proactive presence in the home. The Family Assistant will wear many hats — from running errands and keeping the home tidy to preparing simple, healthy dinners and helping with school pickups. This role is perfect for someone who is self-motivated, flexible, and pet-loving, with experience working in large homes and supporting busy families.
Meal Preparation: Cook simple, healthy dinners (5–6 ingredients) for the family.
Home Organization & Maintenance: Keep the home neat, organized, and running efficiently; maintain household inventory of supplies such as paper goods, soaps, and cleaning products.
Pet Care: Love and care for three friendly dogs; feed, walk, and provide overnight pet sitting when the family travels.
Errands & Shopping: Grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, handling returns, and other household or personal errands.
School Pickups: Pick up the 16-year-old daughter from school for the next six months, until she obtains her driver’s license.
Light Housekeeping: Support the full-time housekeeper to maintain the home’s appearance.
Travel Support: Oversee the home and pets during family trips.
Experience: 5+ years experience working in large private/UHNW homes
Pet Lover: Must be comfortable and affectionate with large dogs.
Cooking Skills: Able to prepare healthy, simple family meals.
Organized & Proactive: Anticipates needs, takes initiative, and thrives with minimal supervision.
Flexible & Reliable: Willing to adjust to occasional schedule changes, including weekend needs.
