Position: Live-In or Live-Out Nanny in Sag Harbor, NY

A warm, energetic, and good-hearted Nanny is needed to care for and support two boys, ages four and six. 

The position is full-time, generally Monday through Friday (days and hours are flexible). Both children attend school, days and schedules are flexible to accommodate the new nanny role. The Nanny will provide one-on-one, child-led developmental activities at home, incorporating learning into daily life and focusing on social, emotional, and communication skills. 

DIR Floortime Certification or similar developmental approach is a huge plus!

When the children are in school, the Nanny will take on light household/ family assistant responsibilities including children’s laundry, light cleaning, and occasional errands.

The ideal candidate will be warm, patient, and genuinely love working with children. Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with parents are important, as is a willingness to step in and support the household as needed. A driver’s license is required, and a vehicle will be provided for work use. The family is open to relocation support.

Compensation is competitive and includes a salary plus stipend with experience and qualifications. Housing is offered in a private pool house for live-in candidates. The role also includes occasional domestic and international travel, along with three to four weekend overnights per year.
