Job Title: Executive Housekeeper
Location: Brooklyn, New York
Schedule: Full-time (Schedule to be discussed)
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced, physically fit Executive Housekeeper for a private 5-story, 8,000 square foot townhouse in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high-level housekeeping, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent laundry and wardrobe management skills. A proactive, organized individual who can also assist with managing a child’s belongings and schedules for various daily activities is essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform full housekeeping duties including deep cleaning, organizing, and maintaining all areas of the home to a high standard

  • Manage laundry and wardrobe care, including fine fabrics, delicate items, stain treatment, ironing, and seasonal rotation

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across five floors, including regular use of stairs throughout the day (an elevator is available, but the role will require frequent stair use)

  • Organize the child’s clothing, toys, books, and activity gear, ensuring everything is clean, labeled, and ready for use

  • Assist in preparing for and organizing school, after-school, and extracurricular activities (packing bags, uniforms, etc.)

  • Inventory management of cleaning supplies, household items, and laundry products

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

  • Work in coordination with other household staff (if applicable)


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a private residence

  • Excellent laundry and ironing skills, especially with high-end garments and linens

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of discretion, reliability, and trustworthiness

  • Physically fit and capable of regular movement between multiple floors throughout the day

  • Fluent in English; legal to work in the United States

  • Child-friendly, with a proactive and attentive nature


Preferred:

  • Experience working in formal homes or with families with children

  • Ability to drive (optional but a plus)

  • Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening needs


Additional Requirement:

  • All candidates must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to interviewing and placement.
