Full-Time Nanny

Location: Surfside, Florida – Flexible for travel

Schedule: Monday–Friday afternoons (12–8pm) with flexibility for early mornings or extended hours; weekend availability required. Travel includes summer in Montana and holiday trips to the Bahamas, with flexibility for personal time off to spend with the candidate’s own family.

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, professional nanny to care for two children (ages 7 and 3) for a private family based in Surfside, Florida. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working with HNW/UHNW private families or clients, be a U.S. citizen, and have a valid driver’s license and passport for travel. This role combines childcare and assistance while traveling. Start date is ASAP for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Afternoon childcare, including school pick-ups

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities, help with homework, and provide supervision 

• Assist with basic meal preparation for the children as needed in the absence of the chef

• Provide support during weekends when children are home

• Travel with the family during summer and holiday trips (Montana for the summer, Bahamas for holidays)

• Occasional light housekeeping during travel, as the family’s full-time housekeeper does not accompany them

• Maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for the children at all times

Qualifications:

• U.S. citizen

• Valid driver’s license & Valid Passport for international travel

• Proven experience as a nanny for UHNW families/clients

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and travel

• Basic cooking skills a plus

• Strong organizational skills and reliability

• Comfortable traveling for extended periods (weeks at a time)

Additional Information:

• The household has a full-time housekeeper; cleaning is not required at the main home, but the candidate may assist with minor household tasks while traveling.
