Position Overview
A private family in Coral Gables is seeking a highly professional, full-charge Housekeeper to provide seamless coverage for their 10,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, organized, mature, and able to maintain a high standard of cleanliness in a fast-paced, high-profile household. You will work collaboratively with the House Manager and other staff while independently managing daily housekeeping tasks without the need for micromanagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Full daily cleaning and maintenance of a 10,000 sq. ft. home.

General cleaning: dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing bathrooms, scrubbing surfaces.

High-standard care of luxury finishes, furnishings, and specialty surfaces.

Daily kitchen upkeep: dishes, counters, appliances, and maintaining cleanliness after meals (family and kids handled by nanny).

Laundry duties: washing, folding, ironing, steaming, stain treatment, linen care.

Closet, pantry, and storage organization; maintaining orderly systems.

Bed-making and turnover of bedrooms.

Trash removal, restocking household items, and monitoring inventory.

Assist with simple meal/kitchen support as needed (not cooking-focused).

Support the House Manager during events, family gatherings, or occasional entertaining.

Coordination and communication during shift changes to ensure continuity of tasks.

Comfortable working around pets (1 dog + 3 birds).
Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5–7 years of housekeeping experience in a large, luxury private residence.
