Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: 7 days on/ 7 days off. Flexibility for up to 3 weeks on/ 3
A loving family of two adults, one baby boy (12 months old), and a large dog is seeking a professional nanny to join their household. The mother is hands-on and they are looking for someone who can work collaboratively to help keep everything baby-related organized and help support the household to run smoothly.

The mother is hands-on and they are looking for someone who can work collaboratively to help keep everything baby-related organized and help support the household to run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Assist in all aspects of childcare, with a focus on toddler development.
- Keep all baby-related items organize
- Inventory management and organization – baby closets, baby items etc
- Child laundry, keeping nursey and play areas tidy and organized, toy rotation etc.
- Assist with travel preparations for baby and parents (domestic and international, about one week per month).
- Maintain a nurturing, educational environment for the baby with a focus on early childhood development, including suggesting original ideas and activities (in and out of the home), as well as collaborating with Mom.
- Manage and maintain a safe and clean environment for the baby.
- Experience with infant care and toddler development.
- Must be comfortable and have experience working collaboratively with hands on parents; knowing when to step in and step out, and deviate to other child-related tasks when parents are with child
- Teaching experience or a background in early childhood education is highly preferred.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Must be tech savvy
- Willingness to travel with the family approximately one week per month, both domestically and internationally, with one to two, 3 week trips per year internationally.
- Must be active and “hands on” with child activities, and an excellent swimmer (family has a pool at the home)
- Spanish speaking a bonus
- Must be a US Citizen with current passport
