A highly organized and experienced House Manager is sought for a prominent UHNW family in the Miami area. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of household operations, staff management, and property maintenance while ensuring discretion, efficiency, and exceptional standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar private household or estate management role, possess strong knowledge of the Miami area, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluency in English is required. The household includes a cat and a dog, so candidates must be comfortable working in a pet friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all household operations
• Work closely with the family office team to ensure seamless coordination
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train household staff
• Supervise and manage all domestic staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism
• Oversee day to day household operations and logistics
• Manage property maintenance and repairs, coordinating with vendors and contractors
• Implement and maintain security, privacy, and confidentiality protocols
• Oversee current and future construction, renovation, or interior design projects
• Manage procurement of household supplies, groceries, and specialty items
• Track household expenses and manage budgets with detailed reporting
• Plan and execute private events and gatherings, including sourcing and managing temporary staff
Qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years of House Manager or Estate Manager experience
• Strong knowledge of the Miami market with an established network of trusted service providers/vendors
• Exceptional organizational and leadership skills
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Ability to multitask, problem solve, and manage competing priorities
• Fluent in English
