Housekeeper

Location: Quogue, NY
Compensation: $55–$65 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00/5:30pm (1-hour lunch)

A private family in Quogue is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeper to support their seasonal residence. This is a full-charge role ideal for a proactive professional who takes pride in maintaining a beautifully organized, well-run home both in season and off season.

Responsibilities Include:

• Full-charge housekeeping (detailed cleaning, laundry, linens, wardrobe care)

• Preparing the home before family arrival, including kitchen and bedroom setup

• Supporting frequent dinner parties and guest stays

• Managing household inventories, dry cleaning, and supplies

• Light kitchen prep (training provided)

• Coordinating with the part-time houseman and overseeing vendors

• Acting as front-line property support while maintaining discretion and security

Qualifications:

• Prior private home experience required 

• English speaking with valid driver’s license

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Basic email proficiency

• Professional, discreet, and long-term minded
