Full-Time Housekeeper – Jupiter, FL

Schedule: Tuesday–Saturday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Compensation: Based on experience
Location: Private residence, Jupiter, FL

Overview

We are seeking an experienced, highly trustworthy full-time Housekeeper to join an established household team in Jupiter, FL. This is an additional role, not a replacement. Our current housekeeper is long-term, extremely trustworthy, and highly valued. This position is being added to provide increased coverage, flexibility, and support in maintaining a consistently spotless home. The household also employs a full-time chef who works primarily earlier in the day, allowing this position dedicated time to deep clean and maintain the kitchen and common areas. Personality, discretion, and strong communication skills are just as important as technical housekeeping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily and deep cleaning of a large, well-maintained home

  • Maintaining a consistently spotless environment, with many areas cleaned or touched daily rather than weekly

  • Detailed cleaning, including high and hard-to-reach areas (e.g., tops of molding)

  • Thorough kitchen cleaning and organization during chef’s off-hours

  • Laundry, linens, and household organization as needed

  • Garbage and recycling management

  • Mail handling and light household oversight

  • Occasional errands, including UPS/FedEx drop-offs and local pick-ups

  • Providing flexibility when needed (staying later or assisting with errands)

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least 5 years experience working in a high-net-worth private residence, ideally alongside other household staff

  • Exceptionally trustworthy, discreet, and reliable; integrity is critical

  • Takes pride in maintaining a spotless home and understands the expectations of a large residence

  • Extremely detail-oriented, including comfort with daily touch-ups and deep cleaning tasks

  • Physically capable of managing the demands of a very large home; a slightly younger candidate preferred due to the size and workload

  • Comfortable collaborating with existing staff and contributing positively to a team environment

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)

  • Proactive and observant, with the ability to communicate concerns or notice when something doesn’t seem right

  • Flexible and willing to assist with errands, schedule changes, occasional late stays, or pick-ups as needed

  • Seeking a long-term role with stability and longevity

  • Values professionalism, discretion, and consistency in a family home with teenage children
