Schedule Schedule is slightly flexible for the right candidate. Flexibility is required due to the live-in nature of the role. School Year (Miami Beach):
Tuesday–Friday: 7:00 AM–1:00 PM
2–3 afternoons per week through bedtime (split schedule; scheduled in advance)
Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Days off: Sunday & Monday
Summer (Cape Cod):
Monday - Friday approximately 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

The Role The family is seeking a young, energetic, and experienced live-in nanny with a strong background in both toddler and newborn care. A baby nurse will be in place initially, so the primary focus will be actively engaging the 2- and 4-year-olds—managing school preparation, activities, outings, meal preparation, and keeping them stimulated and active. Care is usually focused on one or two children at a time, rather than all three together. Cooking for the children is an important part of the role. The family prioritize healthy, home-cooked food and are looking for someone who is comfortable and interested in preparing meals and snacks for children. The nanny should be organized, communicative, and comfortable working alongside a very involved parent in a well-run household. This role is best suited to someone who values a healthy, family-focused lifestyle and enjoys an active, outdoorsy pace.
Key Responsibilities
Managing morning routines and school preparation
Engaging, hands-on care for toddlers (activities, outings, outdoor play)
Confident newborn care once baby nurse departs
Driving children to and from school and activities (vehicle provided)
Preparing nutritious meals for the children
Cooking well and planning healthy meals
Maintaining excellent swimming safety at the beach and in the pool
Supporting the smooth flow of a busy household alongside a very involved parentin a well-run household.

Excellent driving skills (driving is extremely important)
