The household includes the principal, his adult daughter, and granddaughter, along with two friendly Maltipoo dogs. The family also maintains additional residences in Florida and California, offering occasional travel opportunities.
This position blends high-level personal assistant support with some hands-on household management, ensuring the principal’s daily life runs smoothly.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for the household, coordinating vendors, managing projects, and handling personal and administrative tasks with professionalism and discretion.
Manage calendars, appointments, scheduling and reminders
Handle correspondence and administrative requests
Coordinate personal projects and research
Manage deliveries and household supplies inventory
Run errands and personal shopping
Maintain, coordinate and supervise vendors and vendor relationships
Ensure homes are prepared for family or guest arrivals
Travel occasionally to secondary residences as needed
Coordinate family travel and itineraries
Prepare homes for arrivals
Assist with packing and unpacking when needed
Track household expenses
Coordinate with accountants and family office representatives
Assist with care for two small dogs
Coordinate grooming and veterinary visits
Occasional pet care as needed
