Seasonal Pinecrest Nanny Night shift

 Full-Time (6-Month Contract) – Pinecrest, FL (night shift) 

A private family in Pinecrest, Florida is seeking a nurturing, experienced, and reliable nanny to provide attentive and compassionate care for their two-year-old boy with Williams Syndrome. The ideal candidate is patient, energetic, and knowledgeable about early childhood development, with experience caring for toddlers and children with developmental or medical needs.

This position is offered as an initial 6-month contract with the opportunity for extension based on mutual satisfaction and family needs.

The nanny will be responsible for maintaining the child’s daily routine, supporting developmental activities, and ensuring the child’s safety, well-being, and happiness.


Available Shifts

Two full-time 12-hour shift options are available:

  • Day Shift: Approximately 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

  • Night Shift: Approximately 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Candidates may apply for either the day or night shift.


Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Daily Routine

  • Provide attentive, nurturing, and safe care for a two-year-old child.

  • Manage the child’s daily routine, including feeding, bathing, dressing, and diaper changes.

  • Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the child.

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment related to the child (toys, play areas, feeding items).

Development & Activities

  • Plan and engage in age-appropriate educational and developmental activities.

  • Take the child on daily walks and suitable outdoor activities.

  • Support the child’s developmental progress with patience and encouragement.

  • Provide helpful insights and guidance to parents regarding the child’s development, health, and overall well-being.

Appointments & Support

  • Accompany the child to medical or therapy appointments when necessary.

  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child’s routine, behavior, and progress.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Perform tasks customary to the full-time care of a toddler, ensuring a structured and nurturing environment.

  • Be available for occasional international travel with the family if needed.


Qualifications

  • Prior experience caring for toddlers (2+ years old).

  • Experience with special needs children or developmental conditionspreferred.

  •  Ukrainian or Russian language skills strongly preferred not mandatory.

  • Patient, compassionate, and attentive to a child’s needs.

  • Physically fit and able to carry a toddler and a backpack during outings.

  • Organized, dependable, and proactive.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with parents and provide professional input when appropriate.
