About the Family

A warm family is seeking an experienced ROTA Nanny to care for and help guide the development of their toddler.. The family values flexibility, organization, and a proactive approach to childcare.

They are looking for a candidate with a strong educational background and a passion for early childhood development, who naturally incorporates learning into everyday life. Rather than a rigid classroom structure, the family prefers a hands-on, experiential learning style, where curiosity and discovery are part of daily activities.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the family’s Head Nanny and other caregivers, helping create a nurturing, organized, and enriching environment for their son.


Key Responsibilities

Childcare & Development

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for a toddler in a loving and structured environment

  • Integrate early learning naturally into daily routines and activities

  • Foster curiosity through hands-on experiences, outdoor exploration, and creative play

  • Encourage language development, independence, and emotional intelligence

  • Maintain consistent routines and developmental structure

Educational Support

  • Bring a strong understanding of early childhood education principles

  • Incorporate Montessori-inspired methods where appropriate

  • Support school readiness through reading, sensory play, and experiential learning

  • Help introduce foundational learning concepts through engaging daily activities

Travel & Logistics

  • Travel extensively with the family domestically and internationally

  • Anticipate needs and ensure seamless travel with the child

Household Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Head Nanny, who oversees the childcare team

  • Communicate clearly with parents and household staff

  • Remain adaptable as the family’s schedule and needs evolve


Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and polished, with a calm and flexible personality suited to a dynamic family lifestyle.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of professional childcare experience

  • Background in early childhood education, Montessori, or similar developmental frameworks

  • Naturally detail-oriented, structured, and anticipatory
