
Location: Armonk, NY
Schedule: 3–4 Weeks On / 3–4 Weeks Off or Extended On/Off Schedule (to be determined)
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 annually (based on experience)

Live-In Arrangements: Private apartment within the building located on a separate floor, , including: bedroom, kitchen, living space, and laundry.

Relocation: Open to out-of-state candidates; transportation home during off weeks will be covered by the family.
A private UHNW family in New York is seeking a highly experienced, professional, and development-focused ROTA Nanny to support their household, with primary responsibility for their 13-month-old son and secondary support for their 6-year-old son. This is a fully staffed home, and the ideal candidate will be polished, proactive, and team-oriented, with a strong background in infant care and early childhood development. The family values a nanny who is engaging, attentive to developmental milestones, and able to provide a nurturing yet structured environment. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism, with a strong emphasis on initiative, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for childcare. The nanny will report directly to both parents, and there are no pets in the home.
Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate care for a 13-month-old child (primary focus)
Support routines including feeding, naps, dressing, and daily structure
Track and support developmental milestones through engaging, age-appropriate activities
Assist with care of a 6-year-old child as needed
Manage children’s laundry and maintain organization of bedrooms, nursery, and play areas
Provide evening coverage when parents have engagements
Travel with the family as needed (lighter during school year; moderate travel for summer/spring break)
Work collaboratively as a team within a fully staffed household (House Manager, Chef, Driver)
Uphold the highest level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
Approximately 12-hour workdays during working period
Child sleeps through the night and parents handle overnight responsibilities (may occasionally request overnight assistance)
Flexibility required for schedule adjustments and family needs
10+ years of verifiable infant experience in private homes (UHNW preferred), with demonstrated longevity
Strong knowledge of infant development/milestones; educational background in child development is a plus
Professional, polished, well-spoken, and warm, engaging, and hands-on with children
Flexible, adaptable, and team-oriented; comfortable in a fully staffed household
Valid passport and ability to travel; must have reliable transportation (no nearby train access)
English-speaking required
