Housekeeper in SoHo Night shift

A private residence in New York City/SoHo is seeking an experienced Temporary Housekeeper to provide evening coverage for approximately 2 -3 weeks while the primary housekeeper is away.
The home is occupied by two adults and operates with a house manager and private chef. The environment is relaxed yet maintained to a high standard, requiring a candidate who is detail oriented, proactive, and comfortable working within an established team. The candidate should be friendly, hardworking, and can read the room.
Position Overview:
This role focuses on evening service and maintaining the home in excellent condition at the end of each day. You The ideal candidate will be confident working independently, attentive to detail, and comfortable with light pet care.
Schedule:
Monday through Friday - possible weekend coverage
Monday-Friday 3:00 pm to 9:00 Start asap
Possibly Weekend Coverage 10am-5pm or 9 am – 4 pm (18th, 19th, 25th)
Approximately 30 to 35 hours per week
Compensation:
$60.00 - $65.00 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
General housekeeping and daily upkeep of a four story, three bedroom townhouse
Laundry and garment care with high attention to detail
Evening reset of the home including organization and light turn down service
The household has two dogs, including a large golden retriever and a smaller dog with anxiety. While a dog walker is in place, the housekeeper will be expected to assist with at least one short outing. A genuine comfort level with dogs is essential.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of full time experience in a private household
Experience working in staffed homes and taking direction from a house manager
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards
Comfortable working independently during evening hours
Dog friendly with experience handling multiple dogs
