Job Description: Caregiver (Elder Care)
Location: New York, New York

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable caregiver to provide high-quality care for an elderly client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in elder care and a genuine commitment to supporting the client’s daily needs and overall well-being.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000 – $150,000 per year, based on experience
• Adjacent penthouse apartment provided
• Health insurance stipend provided

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in elder care (required)
• Must be physically capable of assisting and supporting the client, including during walks and other mobility-related activities
• Strong communication skills are required, especially when interacting with the principal’s family
• Ability to provide attentive, patient, and respectful care
• Highly organized, discreet, and dependable
• Flexibility with schedule is required

Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily living activities
• Provide mobility support, including walking assistance
• Prepare nutritious meals
• Coordinate and manage vendors, doctor’s appointments, and additional support staff
• Monitor and report changes in the client’s condition
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment
