Executive Housekeeper

Title: Executive Housekeeper
Status: Full-Time/Live-Out
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM | Location: Palm Beach Area
Reports to: Director of Properties

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to maintain a private estate. Requires professionalism, discretion, strong communication, and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of main house, guest house, and interiors

  • Manage all laundry: washing, ironing/steaming, folding, and organizing

  • Make beds, change and iron linens

  • Perform routine cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting bathrooms and kitchen

  • Clean appliances, windows, and surfaces; polish silver

  • Track and restock household supplies

  • Report maintenance issues and general wear and tear

  • Perform additional housekeeping duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in high-end housekeeping and care of fine furnishings

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and anticipate needs

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Flexible availability, including occasional weekends/holidays

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to pass background check

Compensation & Benefits:
$43+ per hour (based on experience) plus health, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 3 months and 2 weeks of PTO after the first year.
