Live-Out Nanny with Travel

Location: Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 5 days on/2 days off. Flexibility for weekends; guaranteed one full weekend off per month.
Travel: Regular travel (2-3 weeks at a time) usually with two weeks’ notice
Compensation: Flexible based on experience
Benefits: 75% of healthcare covered and 401(k) offered

Position Overview

A wonderful family in Palm Beach are looking to add a full time Nanny to their team. The family is currently supported by one full time Nanny, and are looking to expand their team to include 7 day coverage and work together with two wonderful children of different ages. The eldest child attends preschool full time, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• All general Nanny duties
• Dressing, diapering, potty training
• Feeding (occasional light meal cooking, but the family does have a chef)
• School pick ups
• After school activities
• Fostering educational and developmental milestones
• Foster School Readiness
• Children’s laundry
• Light tidying and organization of the children’s bedrooms and play areas

Candidate Requirements

• A warm, kind and caring Nanny with a minimum of 8 years proven experience
• A background in Early Childhood Education
• Comfortable with a hands on Mom
• Comfortable working in a staffed home
• Flexibility for evening and weekend hours is required
• Travel and schedule flexibility
• US Passport 
• English speaking and preference for a secondary language
