  • Lead execution across family office operations, in close alignment with the corporate Chief of Staff

  • Bring structure and best practices to a rapidly evolving family office environment

  • Oversee lifestyle management including properties, household staff, and service providers (chefs, cleaners, contractors, etc.)

  • Manage real estate operations including property management, acquisitions, sales, tenants, and seasonal rentals across a growing portfolio of 10+ properties

  • Coordinate private travel logistics including private jets and yacht chartering, leasing, or purchase

  • Manage and scale a local and global contractor network

  • Oversee and support day-to-day scheduling and personal assistant functions, while managing and mentoring junior Executive Assistants

  • Act as a central point of coordination across a distributed global team

  • Prioritize and manage a high volume of concurrent workstreams with strong attention to detail and follow-through

  • Serve as a seamless communicator to the principal, with polished, executive-level written and verbal communication

  • Support seasonal operations as needed (e.g., Hamptons; accommodations provided)

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a family office, UHNW household, or equivalent senior operational environment

  • Proven experience implementing structure, systems, and best practices within a growing or evolving organization

  • Strong experience in lifestyle management and/or real estate operations

  • Experience managing property portfolios, household staff, and external contractors

  • Comfort operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, including direct involvement in scheduling and administrative execution

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with principals in a polished, concise, and personable manner

  • Experience managing remote and distributed teams across geographies
