Job Title: Live-In / Live-Out Nanny (Full-Time)

Location: Private residence
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM, with occasional weekend availability
Compensation: $50 - $60 per hour DOE 2 weeks paid time off (PTO)

Position Overview

A warm and active family is seeking a highly experienced, creative, energetic, and nurturing nanny to care for four children (ages 7, 5, 2, and 6 months). This role can be either live-in or live-out. The ideal candidate is playful, energetic, patient, and a collaborative team player who enjoys working alongside a hands-on parent.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care for all four children, with primary daytime focus on the younger two

• Ensure children’s safety, hygiene, and overall well-being at all times
• Light cooking for the children
• Drive children to activities and play dates. Assist with running errands (nanny car provided)

• Engage children in age-appropriate, stimulating, and playful activities. Create arts and crafts with the children. 

• Coordinate and attend play dates with other nannies and children

• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of children’s spaces and around the home (tidying up after meals, activities, etc.)

• Support daily routines, including meals, naps, and transitions

Schedule Details

• Two older children (ages 7 and 5) are in school full-time

• 2-year-old attends school part-time

Requirments

• 5+ years of experience working for UHNW families

• Occasional travel for up to a week on school breaks
