Housekeeper

Full-Time Housekeeper | Delray Beach, FL

A private family in Delray Beach is seeking an experienced, reliable, and self-sufficient Full-Time Housekeeper to join their household. The ideal candidate is highly organized, takes pride in maintaining a beautiful home, and is confident managing their responsibilities independently.

Salary: $40/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday; occasional weekends
Start Date: November/December

Responsibilities

• General and detailed household cleaning
• Laundry, organization, and dry-cleaning coordination
• Maintaining organized closets and household areas
• Unboxing packages, disposing of boxes, and collecting mail
• Running occasional errands and returns
• Unloading and putting away groceries
• Cleaning outdoor/patio areas as needed
• Seasonal deep cleaning while the family is away
• Working collaboratively with household staff

The housekeeper will be responsible for the upkeep of three residences: the main house, guest house, and parents’ home. Cleaning will be divided between the three residences on different days throughout the week.

Qualifications

• Strong professional housekeeping experience
• Self-starter who can work independently and efficiently
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Friendly, discreet, professional, and nonjudgmental
• Must be comfortable working around cats; the family has three
• Valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable working outdoors when needed
• Willing to become a notary at the family's expense; existing notary status is a plus
