ROTA Nannies | Coconut Grove, FL

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off (24-hour coverage)
Compensation: $130,000+ BOE

A private family in Coconut Grove is seeking two experienced, nurturing, and patient ROTA Nannies to provide attentive care for their 6 month old and toddler. The ideal candidate is gentle, kind, proactive, and comfortable working alongside hands-on parents in a collaborative household.

The family travels frequently, including extended international trips during the summer. Candidates must be flexible with travel and occasional longer rotations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with nighttime care, including occasional overnight feedings.

• Manage naps, bedtime routines, and daily childcare needs.

• Prepare children's meals, homemade baby food, and bottles.

• Handle children's laundry, stain removal, and changing bed linens, working alongside an existing laundress.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of children's spaces and belongings.

• Work closely with the parents, anticipating their needs and knowing when to step in and assist.

• Travel domestically and internationally with the family.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced with both newborns and toddlers.

• Previous ROTA nanny experience preferred.

• Gentle, patient, nurturing, and adaptable.

• Proactive, observant, and comfortable following the parents' lead.

• Flexible with scheduling, travel, and changing routines.

• Comfortable providing 24-hour coverage during scheduled rotations.

Additional Details: The 6 month old currently has a dedicated Baby Nurse. The mother is very involved in the children's daily care, so the nanny must be comfortable working collaboratively with the parents.
