As parents of four young children and founders of multiple ventures, we value kindness, integrity, professionalism, discretion, and mutual respect. We believe exceptional people thrive when they are trusted, supported, and empowered to do meaningful work. Our goal is to build a long-term team of professionals who genuinely enjoy serving others while growing alongside our family.
Position Summary
This role serves as a trusted extension of the Principals, helping reduce cognitive load by protecting our time, attention, and peace. You will work closely alongside our long-term remote Executive Assistant, who oversees calendars, scheduling, and executive administration, as well as our Household Manager, who oversees the day-to-day operations of our home. Your role is to provide the in-person presence that complements these systems, bridging communication between our homes, businesses, vendors, and properties while creating calm, organization, and exceptional day-to-day support. Over time, you will become cross-trained in key executive systems to ensure continuity and seamless support when needed, while always working collaboratively within our existing team.

● Serve as the Principals’ trusted in-person partner across multiple residences, businesses, and family responsibilities.
● Coordinate errands, appointments, travel logistics, vendors, deliveries, inventory, vehicle management, gifting, and special projects.
● Support meetings, creative projects, events, and photoshoots.
● Prepare and maintain organized workspaces while creating welcoming, polished environments throughout the day.
● Partner closely with our Executive Assistant and Household Manager to ensure seamless communication and execution.
● Provide occasional evening, weekend, and travel support as family needs arise.
● Possess a natural ability to anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and quietly remove friction from the Principals’ daily lives.
Qualifications
● Fluent in English and Spanish.
● Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
● Highly discreet with impeccable judgment and emotional intelligence.
● Calm under pressure, polished, proactive, and resourceful.
● Proficient with Google Workspace, Apple ecosystem, ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, Monday.com, Asana, and modern productivity tools.
● Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
The Ideal Candidate
- You notice what others miss.
- You anticipate needs without being asked.
- You enjoy creating calm, bringing order to complexity, and making other people’s lives easier through thoughtful service.
- You communicate with warmth and professionalism, adapt quickly, and understand that luxury service is ultimately about making people feel supported, not simply completing tasks.
- This role is not suited for someone who is easily overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, rigid, or someone who requires constant direction or recognition.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role means becoming a trusted extension of our family.. someone whose presence creates stability, lowers stress, and allows us to focus on raising our children, leading our businesses, and enjoying life together. Over time, this role will become one of the Principals’ most trusted professional relationships. You’ll be invited into both the personal and professional aspects of our lives, supporting everything from family milestones to business ventures. We are looking for someone who values long-term relationships, demonstrates unwavering discretion, and sees this as an opportunity to build a meaningful career, not simply fill a position.
Our hope is simple: that one day we wonder how we ever managed without you.
