Full-Time Personal Assistant
Location: East Village, NYC & North Salem, NY
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM (with flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends as needed)
Compensation: $125,000+ annually, commensurate with experience
Benefits: Health insurance or stipend based on candidate needs, mileage reimbursement, 4 weeks PTO, and 5–7 sick/personal days
Travel: Regional travel between residences required; no out-of-state or international travel expected
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (primarily remote to start with regular onsite support and meet-and-greets)
A private household is seeking an experienced, highly organized, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support across two residences in East Village, NYC and North Salem, NY. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, resourceful, and comfortable managing both administrative responsibilities and hands-on household logistics. This role requires someone who can confidently manage day-to-day priorities, maintain organized systems, oversee ongoing projects, and anticipate needs before they arise. A strong sense of ownership, discretion, and flexibility is essential.
Responsibilities Include:

Manage administrative tasks including emails, scheduling, appointments, and follow-ups.

Process invoices, track budgets, and maintain organized spreadsheets for expenses, projects, and household details.

Coordinate ongoing projects across both residences, including timelines, vendors, and updates.

Manage vendors, deliveries, inventory, errands, and special projects.

Provide personal support including shopping, returns, travel logistics, calendar management, and daily tasks.

Maintain organized records and systems to support smooth household operations.

Assist with events, meetings, creative projects, and special initiatives.

Provide occasional dog care, including feeding, walks, and transportation between residences.

Offer flexible support for last-minute needs and unexpected requests.

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and streamline daily household operations.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience as a Personal Assistant in a private estate

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects.

Comfortable creating and maintaining spreadsheets, tracking systems, and administrative processes.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with vendors and service providers.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.

Must be comfortable working between two residences and have reliable transportation.

Must be a dog lover and comfortable providing occasional pet care.
