Position Overview
A high-profile family is seeking an experienced Estate Manager to oversee a portfolio of four luxury residences located in Greenwich, CT (primary residence), Palm Beach, FL, New York City, and the Hamptons. While each property has existing support, the family is looking for a senior-level professional to unify operations, implement consistent standards, and serve as the primary point of contact for all household matters. The ideal candidate will be based in or willing to relocate to the Northeast, possess a strong network of trusted vendors, and thrive in supporting a busy family.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of four luxury residences.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all household and estate matters.

Standardize systems, procedures, and communication across all properties.

Manage and collaborate with property managers, household staff, vendors, and contractors.

Review budgets, invoices, utilities, insurance, and household expenses while identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.

Build and maintain a trusted network of vendors throughout the Northeast.

Partner closely with the family’s Personal Assistant and household teams to ensure seamless operations.

Anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of verifiable experience as an Estate Manager, House Manager, or similar leadership role supporting UHNW families with busy, complex lifestyles.

Strong leadership experience overseeing large household teams, vendors, and property managers.

Demonstrated expertise in vendor management, project management, and estate operations.

Strong experience managing budgets, invoices, and household expenses.

Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable utilizing household management technology and software.

Exceptional communication, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Established vendor network throughout the Northeast strongly preferred.

Professional, discreet, resourceful, and able to travel frequently between residences as needed.
