Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive daily housekeeping, including deep cleaning and routine maintenance.
- Care for fine furnishings, artwork, antiques, stone, wood, and other specialty surfaces using appropriate techniques and products
- Maintain all rooms and common areas to exceptional presentation standards
- Laundry, ironing, steaming, and folding
- Organize closets, storage areas, pantries, and additional storage spaces
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed
- Support the household team with additional tasks as requested and special projects
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment while respecting the privacy of the principals
- Communicate professionally and follow established household procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Housekeeper in a private residence
- Strong knowledge of caring for fine furnishings, artwork, and specialty surfaces
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision
- Comfortable taking direction and remaining focused on assigned responsibilities
- Flexible and willing to assist with changing household needs and projects
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative team-player mentality
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional, discreet, dependable, and service-oriented
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Verifiable professional references
