ROTA Nanny – Miami Beach, FL

A warm, active family in Miami Beach is seeking an experienced, professional ROTA Nanny to provide loving and engaging care for their 3.5-year-old son. The ideal candidate will be energetic, active, flexible, and passionate about supporting a child’s development through play, education, and meaningful activities.
The family is looking for a long-term team member who values consistency, open communication, and has demonstrated longevity in previous positions.

Position Details

• Schedule: 1 week on / 1 week off up to 3 weeks while traveling

• Languages: English and Spanish required

• Travel: Must be open to domestic and international travel for up to 3 weeks

• Valid passport required

• Candidates: Local candidates preferred; open to fly-in/fly-out candidates

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate care

• Create and plan engaging activities that encourage learning, creativity, and physical activity

• Support the child's educational and developmental goals

• Prepare meals and snacks for the child

• Handle the child's laundry and keep his belongings and spaces organized

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5–10+ years of professional childcare experience

• A degree in Education or relevant certifications in Montessori, early childhood education, or child development is preferred. 

• Experience caring for young children in a professional household setting

• Fluency in English and Spanish

• An active, energetic, and playful personality

• A positive, upbeat, and flexible approach

• The ability to receive and implement feedback graciously

• Understands the dynamic in a private household and discreet. 

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
