ROTA Nanny / House Assistant / Light Housekeeping

Location: Palm Beach, FL
Schedule: 1 Week On / 1 Week Off with flexibility for longer rotations as needed
Salary: DOE + Health Stipend + Discretionary Bonus

A warm, private family in Palm Beach is seeking a long term ROTA Nanny/Family Assistant to help care for two school-aged children, ages 4 and 7. The ideal candidate is warm, energetic, discreet, proactive, highly organized, with excellent judgment. A utility player that is comfortable with assistant tasks and light housekeeping.

They will have 5+ years of ROTA or full-time live-in nanny experience and be comfortable providing both childcare and family-assistant / house support when children are at school.

Responsibilities Include

● Providing attentive, age-appropriate care and transportation for the children

● Managing children’s schedules, activities, and appointments, live in with overnight responsibilities

● Children’s laundry and bedding, light cleaning/organizing for the household, errands, and driving

● Preparing healthy meals for the children and some basic meal prep for the family

● Assisting with family-related needs as requested

● Supporting the household and stepping in wherever needed to ensure a seamless day-to-day operation

Requirements

● Uniformed position

● Clean driving record and background check

● History of long term roles and strong references required
