Full-Time Nanny – Malibu, CA

A warm and hands-on family in Malibu is seeking an experienced, nurturing Full-Time Nanny for their 13-month-old daughter. The ideal candidate is calm, warm, patient, organized, and genuinely passionate about working with children. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who takes initiative, enjoys being helpful, and wants to become a trusted support to the family.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 10:00 AM–6:00 PM; with flexibility
Compensation: $45–$55/hour DOE
Location: Malibu, CA – Local candidates only; no relocation

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, loving care for the family’s 13-month-old daughter

• Support developmental milestones, foundational learning, and age-appropriate activities

• Create a stimulating and engaging environment while following the child’s interests and needs

• Prepare simple meals and snacks for the child

• Manage the child’s inventory, clothing, supplies, and other necessities

• Keep playrooms and child-related areas tidy and organized

• Take initiative with child-related tasks and anticipate the family’s needs

• Travel with the family as needed or remain with the child and grandmother when the family travels

• Read the room and seamlessly support the household when the parents are home engaging with the baby.

Spanish or French is a plus, but not required.

Travel is infrequent, though there may be yearly trips of up to one month in the Hamptons.
